The latest news of Rishabh Pant was that Pant met with a horrific accident while driving back home in the early hours. And endured numerous wounds as the car flipped over, slammed into obstructions and caught fire. He was surged to a healing centre by passersby sometime recently being airlifted to Mumbai for advanced treatment and surgery. Now, there is another latest news about Rishabh Pant: he is now the captain of Delhi Capitals in IPL 2024.  

He has since missed India’s 2023 ICC World Test Championships against Australia and the 2023 ICC Men’s ODI World Cup held at home. But now, Rishabh Pant is all set to come again, according to the latest news.  

With the 26-year-old Rorkee-lad cleared to play the whole competition as a wicket-keeper by the specialists at the National Cricket Academy, the Delhi Capitals would trust to induce back on track a week after Meg Lanning drove them to a moment continuous runner-up wrap-up at the Women’s Premier League. His dominating performance against the elite Bhuvneshwar was evidence of his immense talent as a T20 hitter. He has a tonne of international expertise under his belt and will be a valuable asset to the Delhi Capitals this season. And he would be well aware that a fantastic season could earn him a World Cup ticket to England.
